A scheme of 22 houses in a desirable location in Oxfordshire. A detail design was developed following a number of masterplanning studies. Individual elevations pick up the character of local architecture, animating the street scene and creating a sense of place.
Manor Court
Location: Essex

A transformation and extension of a locally listed building in Essex. The project included a sensitive restoration as well as extensive modernisation and remodelling including high performance insulation, passive cooling and the use of ground source heat pump.
Red House Farm

A housing development in Kent. This project was procured together with a local developer with an emphasis on finding the right balance between density, sense of community and maximum greenery. A Victorian villa typology was reimagined to suit a contemporary lifestyle.
New Malden Villa

A large family mansion in a private estate in South West London. The building design interprets the theme of classical villa including cloistered spaces, open floor plates, double height spaces and a grand staircase.
Morden Town Houses

Four new build town houses in South London. The scheme maximises the potential of a restricted site by providing highly bespoke family homes, each with its own parking and a spacious rear garden.
Hoxton Apartments

Eight high-end apartments and a restaurant in a prime location of London. This feasibility study was prepared to help the site owner understand the potential of their disused site, sandwiched between residential and commercial properties.
New Malden Apartment Block
Location: London

Eight apartments in a new build scheme in South West London. A classical villa typology was reinterpreted to provide eight spacious apartments, each with its own open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This project was completed in August 2021 with all apartments sold in the same year.
Southgate Townhouses
Location: London
GDV: £1.7m
Two semi-detached houses on a narrow plot in North London. Each house includes an open plan ground floor and an efficiently designed first and second floor to provide space for four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This project was completed in September 2021.
Richmond Townhouses
Location: London
GDV: £3.9m
An Arts & Craft style inspired villa, sensitively designed to negotiate between the restrictions of the local conservation area in South West London, surrounding protected trees and a sensitive local history. This project is currently on site and is due to completion in September 2023.
